TDA2003 ile yapılmış yapımı kolay bir amfidir, eleman değerleri şemada belirtilmiştir, Her ne kadar besleme gerilimi 18Volt yazsada tipik kullanımı 12 volttur. Tahmini beslemeden çektiği amper tam güçte 3,5Amper gibi bir güç çeker, bu yüzden uygun bir soğutucuya bağlamak lazım entegreyi.

STEREO TONE CONTROLLED 12V AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT WITH TDA2003
This audio amplifier circuit using the TDA2003 integrated circuit which has the same configuration and pinouts of the TDA2002. The interesting thing is that this integrated uses very few external components, assembly is very simple, low cost and uses little space. The TDA2003 amplifier IC provides an output current up to 3.5 A, very low harmonic and cross-over distortion. Has short circuit protection DC and AC, thermal protection above the permissible range, load dump voltage surge up to 40V and incidental breaks ground.

NOTE: The integrated output TDA2003 must be attached to an aluminum heat sink for the heat emitted by them is dissipated. If you put the heatsink, integrated tightly screwing on, surely the amplifier will burn in a few minutes.

The main component of the preamplifier with tone control circuit is the integrated circuit C4558. The original is the integrated enterprise JRC4558 New Japan Radio Co., but they say only (C), at good quality as other brands. The 4558 is a dual op amp low noise. It is one of the most used in professional audio for excellent response and defined sound. You can use other replacements as the TL072, but the sound is not the same, although it is also good.

7 Watt Audio Power Amplifier

This small amplifier is constructed around the TDA2003 IC, capable of delivering 4Wrms at 4ohms. The TDA 2003 has improved performance with the same pin configuration as the TDA 2002. The additional features of TDA 2002, very low number of external components, ease of assembly, space and cost saving, are maintained. The device provides a high output current capability (up to 3.5A) very low harmonic and cross-over distortion. Completely safe operation is guaranteed due to protection against DC and AC short circuit between all pins and ground, thermal over-range, load dump voltage surge up to 40V and fortuitous open ground. A conventional direct current can be connected as supply.
