Step 1: Right Click anywhere on Desktop and Click Personalize.





Step2 : Click “Change Desktop Icons” on left hand side.





Step 3: Check the box next to icons to select the ones which you want to be displayed on the desktop.





Click Apply. You should see the missing desktop icons on your Windows 8 system.
