HOW TO BUILT A SIMPLE JTAG CABLE
1.25 Pin Male header (Printer Cable)
2. 4 pieces of 100 ohm resistor
3. 1 piece of 33 ohm resistor
4. 6 pieces of wire

Pin 2 Pin 9
Pin 3 Pin 11
Pin 4 Pin 13
Pin 5 Pin 19
Pin 13 Pin 15
Pin 18 to 25 Pin 20

As u know there r many receivers' brands in every regions.So that there r many pins lay out for them.As far as I know there r 20 Pins, 16 Pins , 14 Pins and 10 Pins for JTag.So that u need to open ur receiver's cover and search for how many Jtag pins
